We promise no burpees, no surprise weigh-ins, and absolutely no judgment on your dad bod or mom jeans. Just a relaxed chat about your goals, fueled by complimentary cucumber water (because we're fancy like that). Come as you are – yoga pants optional, sense of humor required!

Hey, guys. I'm at the gym waiting for one of my last sessions with my personal trainer, Taylor, at Crunch on South Dale Mabry on Gandy. I've had him for about two and a half years.
